Effective Date: October 22, 2026 | Last Updated: October 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ambetechnologies.com ("Website"), operated by or on behalf of Ambe AI Technologies ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing, browsing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website. These Terms apply to the public Website and its general informational content. Services provided to a customer may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, licence, purchase order or other written contract. If such an agreement applies and conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement governs the relevant services to the extent of the conflict.
2. Website Content and Purpose
The Website provides information about Ambe AI Technologies and its technology and digital services, which may include software, web and mobile application development, WordPress development, IT consulting, technical support, UI/UX and graphic design, and related services. It may also display projects, case studies, partner information, FAQs, articles, contact details and consultation forms. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may change. Request written confirmation of scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, support levels and acceptance criteria before relying on them for a project.
3. Right to Use the Website
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and view the Website for lawful, personal or internal business information purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of the Website or its content. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell or commercially exploit Website materials without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, or help another person to:
- Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, systems, forms, accounts or data.
- Interfere with Website operation, disrupt access, bypass security controls or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spam or content intended to damage or compromise systems.
- Scrape, harvest or collect personal information from the Website without authorisation.
- Impersonate another person or submit false or misleading information through forms.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights, or violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Enquiries and Communications
If you submit a contact form, consultation request or other enquiry, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to share. An enquiry does not itself create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance of a project or oblige either party to enter into a contract. We may use your contact details to respond, discuss requirements, provide estimates or proposals and follow up, in accordance with our Privacy Notice and applicable law. Project commitments are binding only when set out in an applicable written agreement or otherwise legally agreed.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, design, layout, software, code and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Ambe AI Technologies and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No rights in our trademarks, service marks, logos, software, designs or other intellectual property are granted by implication. Do not use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or authorisation without prior written permission. Rights in project deliverables, customer materials, pre-existing intellectual property, licences and source code are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
7. Project Examples, Portfolio and Third-Party Marks
The Website may display project examples, portfolio items, customer names, partner names or third-party logos. These are provided for informational purposes and may be owned by the respective rights holders. Their display does not necessarily imply endorsement, a continuing commercial relationship or availability of a particular service. If you believe material is displayed improperly, contact us with relevant details.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Website may include links to external websites or third-party content and services. They are not controlled by us and may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices that we do not control.
9. Accuracy, Availability and Website Changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information useful and current, but content may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. We may correct, update, suspend or remove content or features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free access. Availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting or network failures, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. No Professional or Project Advice
General Website content is not a substitute for advice tailored to your technical, commercial, security, legal or regulatory requirements. A proposed technology, architecture, estimate or solution becomes an agreed project recommendation only to the extent documented and accepted under the applicable engagement. Evaluate whether information is suitable for your circumstances.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or representations not expressly made in writing. We do not warrant that the Website will meet every requirement, that all content will be accurate or complete, that defects will always be corrected, or that the Website or files available through it will be free of all harmful components. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures and maintaining backups of your systems and data. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Warranties for paid services or deliverables must be set out in the applicable written agreement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ambe AI Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data or business interruption arising from or related to use of or inability to use the Website, reliance on general Website content, or third-party sites linked from it, even if the possibility of such loss was known. Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be limited. These general Website Terms do not replace liability terms in a signed service agreement.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct for which we are legally responsible, and it does not restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Privacy and Cookies
Information collected through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Cookies and similar technologies, where used, are described in our Cookie Policy. Please review those documents to understand how information may be collected and used. Where required by applicable law, consent will be requested for relevant processing or non-essential cookies.
15. Suspension or Restriction
We may restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, comply with law, address technical issues or respond to a breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. This does not limit any rights or obligations imposed by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after an updated version takes effect will constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory legal protections. Courts having jurisdiction in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law and any mandatory forum rights.
18. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These Terms govern general Website use. A separate signed agreement governs the services and deliverables described in it. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship.
